  • Psychological individual/family therapy services are billed at the rate of $200 per clinical hour for Nevena Kalajdzic.

    Psychoeducational Assessment – $2500

    Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessment – $2500 - ($3000, if a cognitive assessment is also planned)

    [Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) with parents, Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) with the client, review of school collateral, feedback meeting for parents/school, written report]

    Cognitive and Adaptive Functioning Assessment – $1700

    For the diagnosis of an Intellectual Disability and assessment for PDD/AISH funding

    Giftedness – Cognitive Testing – $960

    To be identified as a gifted learner in the Calgary Board of Education (CBE), the CBE student has a Full Scale IQ (FSIQ) and/or General Ability Index (GAI) at or above the 98th percentile (standard score 130 or above), as measured on an individually administered intelligence test.

    Gifted Learner Profile – Comprehensive Psychoeducational Assessment – $2500

    It is possible for children to have a dual exceptionality and be both intellectually gifted and have a neurodevelopmental disorder such as a learning disability. If you suspect that your child is particularly bright, but is struggling with grade level academics, a comprehensive psychoeducational assessment is recommended.

    ADHD Assessment – Comprehensive Assessment – $3000

    [Cognitive assessment, Academic assessment, Behavioural checklists (Conners-3, BASC--3), measure of executive functioning (D-KEFS), computerized measure (CPT), Adaptive Functioning (ABAS-3)

    ADHD Assessment – $1000

    [Intake meeting with parents, review of school history, Behavioural Checklists, Conners-3 parent and teacher scales; Computerized measure (CPT administration with client), consultation note/feedback meeting with parents/school]

    OCD Assessment - $1200

    Use of the (Children's)Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive scale (CY-BOCS/Y-BOCS) interview with client and parent/caregiver and supporting personality measures.

    Personality Assessment - $1400

    Use of actuarial measures of personality (i.e., MACI-2; MMPI-A-RF) plus follow up structured interview and consultation note

  • Payment is expected 24 hours in advance in advance of the service. A receipt will be issued for payments.
